We are down to 10 weeks left! AMAZING. I had a Dr. appointment today. Everything went pretty well---Ive only gained 1 lbs since my last appointment. They did an ultrasound to measure the baby--she is around 3 lbs right now. SO cute. Her heart rate was 168--she always has a fast heartbeat. She is head down, which is good. Hopefully she will stay that way, I do NOT want a c-section! Im measuring 30 weeks and 3 days, hopefully that means Ill have her 3 days early! She was an active little thing today, my stomach was jumping all over the place.
The really nice ultrasound lady actually switched the machine over to 4D for about 5 minutes and we got some really cute shots of her face and foot----she yawned at one point which was amazingly cute. She has really full lips too....she kept smushing her face up then relaxing it. And she smiled at one point. Im so in love with her already!!Ive started having about 1 contraction a day----which is wild. My Dr. said it is really normal for that to happen at this point, as long as it doesn't happen every 5 minutes or so. For me its more like once every 18 hours or so. He said that is my body "gearing up" for real labor.
