She is absolutely adorable! Okay I'm so behind on reading blogs so I just read yours for the first time in over a month. About the sleep thing (or the lack thereof), I HIGHLY recommend watching "The Happiest Baby on the Block", esp. since you are about to go back to work. This video saved my life! I know that sounds dramatic, but believe me it's true. Nathan had gotten to where he would only nap if I was holding him or laying next to him in my bed and at night he was only sleeping 3-4 hrs. at a time. I was beyond sleep deprived and extremely emotional. So around five weeks I watched this video and applied what I had learned and Nathan started sleeping 6-8 hrs. straight at night. I was in Heaven! And he would take naps during the day. I didn't believe the video would work for Nathan and I was highly skeptical even when I was watching the video but it worked like a dream. You can find the video on Amazon.com used for a cheap price. The video should be called "The Happiest Mom on the Block". I know several people who've used the video and it's worked for all of them.
